402 Lax Collective's Misson
At 402 Lax Collective, our mission is to ignite, elevate, and empower the next generation of female athletes across Nebraska through the game of lacrosse. Driven by passion and dedicated to purpose, we provide transformative training, inclusive youth leagues, and competitive opportunities from Pre-K through high school. We are devoted to cultivating confidence, mastering skill, and building an unwavering lacrosse community across the Good Life State—one player, one stick, and one game at a time.

Chad Heber, Founder and Coach
Coach Chad has been a part of the Nebraska Lacrosse Community since 2006. First as a player at The University of Nebraska-Lincoln then as a coach at the high school level and more.As a Coach, he began coaching at Glenbrook South (Glenview, IL) then on to the Lincoln Rampage (Lincoln, NE). Coach Chad then took over a rebuilding project at his alma mater, Nebraska. After 2 seasons Coach Chad began a Middle School program at Alice Buffett Middle School. In 2021, Chad took over Cobra Lacrosse (Millard North) and help start a Club at the school, along with the Girls program. After the first season, Chad took over the role of Head Coach for the Girls team.Coach Chad is still currently the Head Coach for the Millard North Girls Varsity team as well, as well the Nebraska Landsharks Travel program.Coach Chad is a teacher at Millard North High School and lives in Omaha, with his wife, daughter, and labradoodle.
